Q. How does Quest promote Hospitality Suites to attendees?

A.In the months before each Experts Conference, Quest launches a comprehensive marketing campaign that includes e-mail blasts, advertising, and Web promotions targeting potential and registered The Experts Conference attendees.

During The Experts Conference, attendees receive information on the Hospitality Suites in their registration materials. The daily agenda reflects the activities taking place in the Hospitality Suites, and attendees are reminded each day to visit the Hospitality Suites.

Q. How do Gold and Silver sponsors collect leads in the Hospitality Suites?

A.Quest provides a lead retrieval system to each Gold and Silver sponsor for use in their Hospitality Suite. Gold and Silver sponsors also may rent additional units. In addition, sponsors can collect leads during the Solution Lab each day.

Q. What types of activities can host companies plan for in their Hospitality Suite?

A.Vendors are encouraged to be creative when planning Hospitality Suite activities. Many hosts build their suites around a theme, with displays, music, food and beverages. Sponsors may choose to have a band in their suite, set up competitive events, or simply socialize.

Hospitality Suites are laid out to encourage The Experts Conference attendees to visit all vendors and move freely between the suites.

Q. What food and beverages are provided for Hospitality Suites?

A. A base food and beverage package is included in the Gold and Silver sponsorship fees. Sponsors may choose to enhance the food and beverages beyond the base package.

Q. Can I invite a partner to share my Hospitality Suite?

A.Gold and Silver sponsors may not share their Hospitality Suite with a partner without prior written consent of Quest. Co-hosting of Hospitality Suites is not permitted.
